These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Pacific Digital Integrations LLC (“Pacific Digital,” “we,” “us”). By requesting a quote, scheduling service, or allowing us to perform work, you agree to these terms.
Who we are and what we do
Pacific Digital Integrations LLC provides commercial business-to-business video surveillance design, installation, engineering, maintenance, and service. We work with businesses, property owners, and authorized property managers. We do not service residential properties. We do not provide alarm, lock, fire, or life-safety services.
Service area
We serve only the communities listed on this site, within the Santa Clarita Valley and San Fernando Valley, California:
- Santa Clarita Valley: Santa Clarita, Valencia, Saugus, Newhall, Canyon Country, Castaic, Stevenson Ranch.
- San Fernando Valley: Woodland Hills, Calabasas, Mission Hills, Porter Ranch, Van Nuys, Canoga Park, Studio City, North Hollywood, Sherman Oaks, Burbank, Encino, West Hills, Westlake, Chatsworth, Northridge, Tarzana, Agoura Hills, San Fernando, Sylmar, Sunland.
Work outside these mapped areas is not covered by our standard response commitments and requires a written agreement before scheduling.
Estimates and quotes
- All estimates and quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Quoted prices are based on the site conditions described and the scope agreed at the time of quote.
- Changes in scope, unforeseen site conditions, code requirements, or permit needs may affect pricing.
- Any change to the agreed scope requires a written change order signed by both parties before work continues.
Scheduling and 48-hour response
Our 48-hour service commitment means a Pacific Digital technician will be on site within 48 business hours for eligible service calls, when the request is received during normal business hours and the site is within our mapped service area. Business hours, holidays, and after-hours emergency rates will be confirmed at the time of scheduling. We will communicate any delay as soon as we are aware of it.
Deposits and payment
- Deposits may be required to secure equipment, permits, or project scheduling. Deposit terms are stated in the quote or invoice.
- Invoices are due on receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Overdue balances may delay warranty service, further work, or delivery of final documentation.
- We accept payment by the methods listed on the invoice. The customer is responsible for any applicable taxes and fees.
Warranty
- We provide a workmanship warranty on installation labor, covering defects in our installation work for the period stated in the final project documentation.
- Equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We will help coordinate manufacturer warranty claims but are not responsible for manufacturer decisions or coverage limits.
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, power surges or outages, lightning, vandalism, theft, unauthorized third-party alteration, or failure to follow our maintenance recommendations.
- Warranty service is performed during normal business hours within our mapped service area.
Customer responsibilities
- Provide safe, reasonable access to the property and work areas during scheduled times.
- Provide adequate power, network connectivity, and any infrastructure required for the system to operate as designed.
- Obtain any permissions, easements, landlord approvals, or permits needed to install equipment on the property.
- Inform us of any hazardous conditions, active construction, or site rules before work begins.
- Maintain accurate contact information for scheduling, service alerts, and billing.
Recording and privacy
The customer is solely responsible for the lawful use of their video surveillance system. This includes placing any required signage, providing required notices, and complying with all applicable federal, state, and local recording, privacy, and employment laws. Pacific Digital installs and configures equipment at the customer's direction; we do not determine where cameras may or may not legally be pointed.
Limitation of liability
Pacific Digital provides video surveillance equipment and professional installation and maintenance service. We do not provide security monitoring, guard services, or emergency response services. Our liability for any claim arising from our work is limited to the amount paid for the specific service performed, except where prohibited by law. We are not liable for losses arising from crime, trespass, vandalism, equipment failure, network outage, or any event beyond our reasonable control.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in Los Angeles County, California.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with the last updated date. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
