• Service address and site details for the property where work is performed.
• Job records: quotes, estimates, invoices, work orders, service notes, equipment lists, and installation documentation.
• Job photos taken on site to document equipment locations, cabling, and completed work.
• Basic website information such as pages visited and general device or browser data, used only to keep the site working.

We do not knowingly collect information from children, and we do not collect payment card numbers on this website — payments are handled by our payment processor.

• To schedule, perform, and document commercial video surveillance work.
• To send appointment confirmations, technician arrival notices, and job status updates.
• To prepare and deliver estimates and invoices you requested.
• To provide warranty, repair, and maintenance service.
• To meet legal, licensing, tax, and insurance obligations.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Text messaging is optional. You can receive every notification by phone or email instead. Opt-in details, program scope, and opt-out instructions are described in our SMS Terms. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Pacific Digital Integrations LLC does not sell personal information. We do not rent, trade, or share personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We share information only with service providers who help us run the business — for example scheduling, invoicing, payment processing, and email delivery — and only to the extent they need it to perform that work. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Information is stored in access-controlled business systems and encrypted databases. Access is limited to Pacific Digital staff who need it to perform or support your service. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections. Job photos and service records are stored with the associated work order.

Contact details and service records are retained for the life of the customer relationship and then for up to seven years, to satisfy warranty, licensing, tax, and insurance requirements. Text messaging opt-in and consent records are kept for as long as you remain opted in and for at least four years after you opt out, as required for carrier compliance. Website analytics data is retained for up to twenty-six months.
